ONLY ONE CHANCE

It was the 25th of April 2023, I was doing my regular routine and training when suddenly the doorbell rang, when I went to answer the door there was a tablet. I sat on my sofa and switched it on, It had a message which said, " Mr. James Bond, You have an urgent mission, You have to stop a nuclear attack which will be launched from the remotest area in the world, Antarctica. All you have to do is insert a pen drive to delay their attack so that our team can come on time and defuse the bomb. Sounds easy right not after seeing this. The base is made of solid titanium and the entrance has lasers which can cut through solid tungsten. The lasers have to be deactivated from the control panel when a member of the gang tries to come in. Also there are 150 men guarding the weapon but only 5 on the control panel. I wish you good luck Mr. Bond. Tomorrow you'll be getting all the equipment at your house as a courier from the FBI." and the tablet set on fire! I immediately put it out and destroyed the tablet.

The next day I got my equipment and packed my bag. I also received a ticket to fly to Antarctica. When I landed I was taken to the destination by a team and when I reached the base, I immediately put on a mask which made me look like I was a member and I also got a fake Id Card. I opened the door and waited for the lasers to deactivate. As soon as I entered a security person came and checked me. 

One person came to me and said, "yo, you look like you're new over here, so what's your job?", I replied that I am technician. He led the way to the control panel but something went wrong, at the final moment my mask fell of  and it revealed my true identity. "James Bond!, All Men Open Fire" I immediately took cover and began to shoot them. Then I saw a compressed cylinder near the men and shot it, It exploded. But because of the toxic gas I fainted.

When I woke up I was in a room tied up. A man said "Oh, James Bond the hunter is hunted? I am Mr. X" I was struggling to get up but the ropes held me when I remembered that my buttons were like blades, I removed one and began to cut the ropes that tied my hands. When my hands were free, I throwed one of my blade like buttons at a person whose neck got pierced that very second. I took his gun and started shooting. When I reached the control panel I put the pen drive into the slot and began writing the code when a person barged into the room and started firing at me when I took out my ring which was actually a grenade and threw it at him and it exploded. 

My team had already reached the hideout and deactivated the bomb. It was the 10th time I saved the world when suddenly the man, Mr. X came and pressed a button and ran away. I realized that the entire building was a bomb. I told my team that their plan was to kill all of us not release a weapon. I the countdown was of 8 minutes I told my team to go while I will hack into the tech and stop the explosion

I was trying and trying but at the last minute I began to run. I sat into a jeep when the bomb exploded and everything within 1 km was being uprooted. I sped the jeep faster and when I reached away from the radius I was exhausted. I was glad that I had saved another day.
