 3 Ways To Have Better Sleep

Struggling to sleep, here are 3 Ayurvedic remedies to help you sleep which aren't costly at all!!

1. OIL BATH:
        Oil bath is one of the best ayurvedic methods to get  better sleep. Steps are:
                     1. Take normal coconut oil and apply it to every part of your body.
                        2. Keep scrubbing for 2 to 4 minutes.
                        3. Put your legs in a bucket full of hot water and relax for 1 min and change the water
                        4. Use the same water to wash your body and use a scrubber to scrub your body.
                        5. Massage your entire body and use a fresh towel, to wipe off the remaining water                                         droplets.





2.Warm milk with honey
        Take some luke warm milk and mix honey to it. Keep stirring and heat the milk further, your milk is ready.
